Question 1

Why should I do this before I’ve had an offer – or even listed my home?

Getting started on your conveyancing early means you can move faster and reduce the risk of your move falling through.

Will Sale Ready delay putting my home on the market?

No! Sale Ready runs alongside the listing of your home. It’s designed to ensure that whilst your home is on market, you’re getting ahead of the curve so your move can progress faster once you accept an offer.

How much time could this save me?

Accepted Answer

For a freehold sale, you can save up to 3 weeks, and up to 5 weeks on a leasehold sale.

Question 4

Does this cost me anything?

Accepted Answer

No! It’s included in our service at no extra cost.

Question 5
