Referral partner FAQs
We can do a lot, but sometimes we may not be able to work for one of your clients. If that is the case, we’ll let them and you know as soon as possible. These are examples of when we might not be able to act for your client:
- Properties affected by the Building Safety Act
- Shared ownership or shared equity properties
- Unregistered properties
- Limited company purchases
- Non-UK residents

Your commission is processed once your client’s case is completed. As soon as we complete a transaction for someone you’ve referred to Eden, we’ll promptly issue your well-deserved commission payment within 7 days.
We’re on the panel for 85+ mortgage lenders for buying and selling. You can look at our panel list here. If there is a specific lender not on the list yet, rest assured that we’re constantly working on expanding the lenders we work with.
